Flat Rate: $300 for Buck

Flat Rate: $250 for Doe

Our thermal drone deer recovery service is offered at a straightforward flat rate based on harvest type.

Each service includes:

• Up to 2 hours of active search time

• Professional-grade thermal drone technology

• Experienced, licensed drone operator

• Detailed aerial scanning of the search area

• Recovery location guidance once the deer is identified

Whether we locate your deer quickly or use the full 2-hour window, the price remains the same.

No Hidden Fees — No Finder’s Fee

Unlike many recovery services, we do not stack on extra charges if your deer is located.

There is:

• ❌ No “success fee”

• ❌ No additional finder’s fee

• ❌ No surprise add-ons

You pay the flat rate — nothing more.

Additional Time 

If extended search time is required beyond the initial 2 hours:

• $50 per additional hour

Additional time can be added on-site if conditions require a longer search effort.

Return Follow-Up Visit

If a search is unsuccessful and a confirmed sighting occurs later, we can return for a reduced flat rate of:

$125 Return Visit

This allows us to redeploy quickly and resume thermal search efforts in the updated location for an additional 2 hours.

Travel Fee

A $50 travel fee will apply to any operations conducted more than one hour away from McDonald, Ohio.

Standard Herd Analysis Package

Starting at $750

(For properties 1,000 acres and below)

This package includes:

• Two professional drone flight operations

  • One flight in Early Fall

  • One flight in Early Spring

• Full aerial coverage of designated property areas

• High-resolution imagery

• Documented deer sightings and herd observations

• Seasonal comparison insights

• Organized digital media delivery

The two-flight seasonal approach allows for a more accurate analysis of herd size, survival rates, movement corridors, bedding zones, and feeding areas throughout the year.

Larger Properties

For properties exceeding 1,000 acres, pricing is customized based on total acreage, terrain complexity, and coverage requirements. We will provide a tailored quote to ensure proper coverage and accurate analysis.

Our lost pet recovery service is offered at a flat rate of $275, which includes:

• Up to 2 hours of active search time

Whether your pet is located quickly or the full two hours are needed, the price remains $275.

Additional Time

If extended search time is needed beyond the initial 2 hours:

• $50 per additional hour

Additional time can be added on-site based on conditions and search needs.

Follow-Up Return Rate

If a search is unsuccessful and a confirmed sighting occurs later, we can return to the area for a reduced flat rate of:

We fully support getting young hunters involved in the outdoors, and we’re proud to help make those first successful recoveries even more memorable.

• Applies only during official ODNR youth season dates

• Applies to standard flat-rate service for Buck or Doe Recovery
